Olive Oil

Our oil is certified extra virgin and displays the official COOC (California Olive Oil Council) seal. It was extracted without chemical processing at below 27 degrees centigrade and does not exceed a level of 0.5% oleic acid. Finally, the oil must be approved by a professional panel of tasters.

A few words about health benefits: Olive oil is the only oil that can be consumed fresh and pressed straight from its tree. Extra virgin olive oil contains the highest level of antioxidants of any oil, and is the least processed. It has many documented health attributes and is considered a natural "healing fat."
